New-patches: lord@regexps.com--2002/arch--lord--1.0--patch-149

To support the new `file-utils' command `inventory', the syntax of
`{arch}/=tagging-method' has been liberalized and
`inventory/tagging-method.sh' adjusted accordingly.

GNU sort generates stupid stderr output for EPIPE in some cases.
In `mkpatch', avoid such output.
